Pinterest Day

I feel like there are two types of people: those who know what Pinterest is and are already on it, or those who, when you ask them about it, respond: “That is not a word.”

I was in the latter camp until just recently, when I discovered that it can be a fun way to assemble a bunch of random images, and as you have probably figured out by now, I am all about the random. I’m not so much into the  interior design stuff, and definitely not the wedding junk (I already planned a wedding, and just the mere thought of it all sends me into dry heaves), but for funny, weird, and interesting crap, I’m all about it. As if I needed another social media bandwagon to recklessly hurl myself upon.

But I have like two followers and don’t really know anyone else on there, and therefore I don’t have many options when it comes to seeing more funny, weird, interesting crap. So if you’re on Pinterest, let’s be friends! You show me your neato stuff, and I’ll show you mine. PLUS if you find anything dark-creepy-funny-bizarre that would fit on my Croak board, let me know and perhaps I may repin it there. LOOK AT US ALL ON THE CUTTING EDGE OF THE TECHNOLOGIES.

  1. Me too. Just so you know, you’re not limited to just seeing your followers/people you are following. Their pins will show up in your feed, but if you mouse over from the Pinners you follow tab to Anything, it will give you a drop down menu where you can browse by category or if you just click Anything it shows you everything recently pinned by anyone. And you can search for different subjects in the left hand corner, either by pins, boards, or people.

Just saw a copy of Croak go out through our courier system, so I should be getting my hold copy soon!
